Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for your trust in our products. We always strive to provide the best quality macarons to our customers. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, please adhere to the exchange and return policy below:


Ready-made products

Macaron boxes ready

  • Due to the nature of food products, orders cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt .
  • The order cannot be cancelled after it has been sent out for delivery.
  • If the product arrives in a non-conforming condition or there is an error in the order, please provide us with clear photos within two hours of receipt so that we can take appropriate action.


Customized Orders

Macaron boxes made to order

  • Orders must be placed 5 days prior to the delivery date as shown on the product page.
  • If the period between the order date and delivery is less than 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and the full amount will be refunded to the same payment method.
  • The order can be cancelled 3 days before the delivery date and the amount will be fully refunded.
  • If cancelled less than 3 days prior to the delivery date, the amount will not be refunded as the order has already been processed.
  • The order cannot be returned or exchanged after receiving it unless there is an error on our part.


Macaron Tower (Customized)

  • Orders must be placed at least 10 days prior to delivery date.
  • If the period between the order date and delivery is less than 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and the full amount will be returned to the same payment method.
  • The order can be cancelled 7 days before the delivery date and the amount will be fully refunded.
  • If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the delivery date, the amount will not be refunded as the order has already been processed.
  • No return or exchange after receipt unless there is an error on our part.


Delivery

  • Delivery is done by a representative.
  • We are not responsible for product damage due to improper storage during or after receipt.
  • The product must be received immediately upon arrival and kept refrigerated.
  • If the customer is not present at the specified location at the agreed time:
  • An additional delivery fee will be charged for re-sending (if applicable),
  • The order may be cancelled without compensation if delivery cannot be resumed due to perishability of the product.
  • If the phone is not answered, the representative will be directed to the next order, which will delay the receipt of your order.
